 Purpose: Provide valid proof of identification for all citizens and resident aliens. Expiration: No expiration; 1 year and annually renewable for resident aliens Issued by: Philippines

Eligibility: All ages; Philippine citizenship or permanent residency for non-citizens First issued: Pilot implementation: 2019 (selected regions); Full implementation: 2020 (5-year implementation)
