Precious Souvenirs



Found all these lei while organizing and decluttering. Thought it would be nice to preserve them to keep the memories from the events, conferences and workshops we attended this year. 

This year, we were invited and asked to speak with around 20 different groups so far and a few more in our schedule until December. Exciting! 

To all the individuals and organizations who invited us to be a part of your events and celebrations, with or without lei, thank you so much.

May we all continue to move forward to the next level of our development.

Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf's talk "A Higher Joy" resonated deeply with me during our recent Relief Society lesson at Riverbend Ward, Bow River Stake. Responding to the Savior's Invitation: Arise and Come Forth

This morning, during my scripture study, I had a profound experience where I felt the Savior Himself reaching out to me, inviting me to " arise and come forth unto" Him. It was as if a veil was lifted, and I could sense His presence more clearly than ever before. This invitation prompted me to delve deeper into understanding how He invites us to come closer to Him. As I continue to ponder and study, here are some ways the Savior invites us to "arise and come forth unto" Him: Through Repentance and a Change of Heart   The Savior's visit to the Nephites was preceded by a period of great darkness and destruction. A Special Visit to Holy Infant Clinic

We recently had the incredible opportunity to visit the Holy Infant Clinic, the place where all our precious children were born! It was a heartwarming experience as we reunited with Dr. Zarate and the midwives who played such a significant role in bringing our little ones into the world.   Meeting them again filled our hearts with gratitude and joy. Their expertise, care, and compassion during those precious moments will forever hold a special place in our hearts. I just can't believe that my husband Anatolin and I just finished the Fall 2019 Semester at PathwayConnect Worldwide with an "A". Personally, I enrolled in the BYU PathwayConnect  Program because I want to become a more delightful wife to my husband and an exemplary mother to my four home-schooled children who grow up way too fast. A delightful woman should be developing the sacred qualities that God has given His daughters to excel as a wife and mother: patience, kindliness, a love of children, and a desire to care for them.  She should be acquiring a good education to keep with the demands of motherhood. Recently, our family had the privilege of experiencing a truly heartwarming act of generosity. The Johnsons, a remarkable couple, extended their kindness by providing us with nourishment during our volunteer work at the Urdaneta Philippines Temple Open House. Amidst our busy schedule, we found ourselves in need of sustenance to replenish our energy. Just when we were feeling the fatigue of our volunteer work, the Johnsons came to our rescue. They generously provided us with a delicious meal that not only satisfied our hunger but also lifted our spirits.
