Innovation Entrepreneur of the Year

This month 6 years ago, we won the ACE National Innovation Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 Award in Cebu City. 

We introduced online teaching and learning in 2008 (13 years ago) to small community who are up for a change and when internet in the Philippines was notoriously slow, unstable and expensive. Online learning has shown significant growth over the last decade, as the internet and education combine to provide people with the opportunity to gain new skills, much more since the COVID-19 outbreak. Online learning has become more centric in people’s lives. The pandemic has forced schools, universities, and companies to remote working and this booms the usage of online teaching and learning. 

Without change there is no innovation, creativity, or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable. -William Pollard

One month and 3 weeks into the Field | Elder Padilla, June 2026 - 2028

This was such a good week, and we got some really good quality pictures! Thank you so much to Brother Kyle and Sister Ara for working with us and taking pictures for us! We had dinner at one of our member's houses last night and it was amazing! They served spicy adobo and it was so yummy! 😋 Super flavorful and just the right amount of spicy. We were completely full and so happy. They were really kind to us, and before we left, they even gave me a big pencil as a gift. It really made my whole day ✏️  There are days when everything feels really low, but I've realized it's often just building up for the best high ever. The whole morning we were getting punted everywhere we went, but we didn't give up ✨️ We just kept going and kept working. Then in the afternoon, everything changed. Our Love Story

Let me share how our paths crossed, how our relationship blossomed over the years, and how our commitment to each other and our shared faith in   The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints   have been foundational in our journey together. Anatolin and I were both raised by our goodly parents. I was born in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan on February 21, 1982. When I was two years old, our family moved to Bauang, La Union, where we met Sister Lumacad and Sister Mcnutt, missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Our family accepted the gospel on June 10, 1984 and was sealed at the Manila Philippines Temple on 1 February  1986, two years after it's dedication.  Anatolin was born in San Jose Agoo, La Union on June 25, 1982.
