Teach English Online From Home

The digital world that we live in has opened the door for many to stop commuting to work, and avail an opportunity that allows them to work from the comfort of their own homes while enjoying all the benefits of obtaining a better work-life balance. One of the major benefits of a home-based job is the proximity to family. 

This thing is not new to us at all. It was in 2008 when my husband, Anatolin and I decided to embrace this work-at-home opportunity, leaving our typical 8-5 job. If you’re a parent, working from home can add increased peace of mind knowing you are close to your children should an emergency arise.

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, may everyone stay alert, stay updated, and to stay healthy while our governments and health professionals help us resolve the situation. Meanwhile, we at ESL Hive continue in our advocacy and passion in helping our students achieve their dreams, advance in their career, grow their business and be globally successful with our International Online ESL School partners.

It’s already been nearly a month since Sister Padilla stepped into the mission field and time is flying!   Maayong buntag sa inyong tanan! What a week it has been! Even though he got sick for a little while, Elder Padilla shared that the Lord reminded him that His work does not stop. And neither does he! He kept moving forward, creating miracles, and helping others come closer to Christ . He has seen so many blessings this week. Hearts progressing, and the Spirit working in beautiful ways.    They gathered for a wonderful Family Home Evening combining interested friends and ward members! The support was so great that people didn’t even fit inside the house. He said some had to stay outside! Sacred Dwellings | The Sanctity of our Homes and the Role of Temples

Having recently moved to a new neighborhood and community closer to the Urdaneta Temple, we started the week on a positive note with a morning devotional. As a family, we studied Elder Gary E. Stevenson's conference talk years ago, entitled " Sacred Homes, Sacred Temples ." In his address, he emphasizes the importance of creating sacred spaces within our homes and the significance of temples in our lives. Families are essential in Heavenly Father’s plan of happiness. We are part of a heavenly family and an earthly one. President Gordon B. Hinckley taught:  “God is the designer of the family. He intended that the greatest of happiness, the most satisfying aspects of life, the deepest joys should come in our associations together and our concerns one for another as fathers and mothers and children” Temple and family history work unites families. Husbands and wives, parents and children can be sealed through sacred temple ordinances.
